We want to provide a home, not a rented property to our tenants and we know that solving the maintenance problems promptly is the key for our tenants to enjoy their home and extend their tenancy.
As different from most of other agencies, we do not charge the landlords ‘handling fee’ and we do not get commission from our tradesmen to solve the maintenance problems at the minimum cost possible for our landlords.
